Pearce has graduated from adolescent street thug to brilliant hacker his hacking and social engineering skills ensured he made plenty of underworld contacts. In the campaign, the player controls a vigilante named Aiden Pearce, who possesses the singular ability to hack into various electronic devices tied to the city’s central operating system, the CTOS, through his Smartphone, via an application dubbed the “Profiler”. An online multiplayer mode allows up to eight players to engage in cooperative and competitive gameplay. The sequel to Watch Dogs, Watch Dogs 2, the single-player story follows grey hat hacker and vigilante Aiden Pearce’s quest for revenge after the killing of his niece. Taking hold of the entire city’s infrastructure, either to obtain and control information or to destroy such devices completely at specific times.
